150l Brewhouse system

Fermentation system
It is 100% stainless steel. All tanks comes with 25% head space on top of working volume. All cone come with racking arm. It allows you to start your siphon with the racking arm horizontal, and rotate it slowly downward until you just start picking up yeast sediment.
Glycol cooling system
Glycol wtaer tank, chiller, Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with Freon to supply cooling energy,
Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and Heat Exchanger

Main Features
1) All the tanks insulation use argon arc welding and inner tank will do passivation or mirror polishing;
2) Adopting advanced world famous brand components in pneumatic parts ,electric parts and operation parts.
3) All the tank will do water and pressure test when finishing. Pressure test is 2-4bar;
