Vacuum Mixing Tank:

1. Structure: Tank body (single layer; double-layer with insulation; three-layer with jacket and insulation); tank cover/manhole cover; agitator; driving device; shaft sealing device; support etc.

2. Accessories (Optional): Thermometer/temperature sensor; flow sensor; liquid level gauge/sensor; cleaning ball; pneumatic valve; ladder etc.

3. Function: Steam/hot water/electric heating; cold water/chiller cooling; PLC touch screen or control box to control valve; pump; temperature; pressure; flow etc elements.

4. Details: Stainless Steel Tank with agitator, agitator shaft with mechanical seal.
5. Materials: SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel. Mixing tank interior and pipe are subjected to mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP requirements.

Double ribbon type	Mixing speed: 1-20rpm. This series agitator used for high ceoncentration medium, wuch as: honey, jam etc.
Paddle type agitator	Mixing speed: 60-80rpm. This series agitator used for mixing low viscosity and concentration medium, Such as: milk, beer, juice etc.
Scrape type agitator	Mixing speed: 20-40rpm. This series agitator used for mixing high viscosity medium. Such as: chocolate, honey, mayonnaise etc.
Frame and anchor type agitator	Mixing speed: 10-70rpm. This series agitator used for high viscosity medium. Such as sediment, oral liquid, etc.
Top mulser	Mixing speed: 1200-2800rpm. This series agitator used for high viscosity medium homogenizing emulsification. Such as: suspension, oil, fat etc
Bottom emusifying head	Mixing speed: 1200-2800rpm. This series agitator used for high viscosity medium bottom homogenizing. Such as: suspension, oil, fat etc.
Bottom magnetic agitator with propeller impeller	Mixing speed: 50-800rpm. This type agitator used for mixing thin viscosity, like eyedrop, injection, CIP liquid etc
