2.Process of brewing

step1. milling system

with a 300kg/h miller to crush the grain 

step2. brew house 

the crushed grain is put into the mash tun . 

Then after the mash, lauter,  the wort would be pumped into the brew kettle for boiling.

step3. fermentation tank

after whirping , the wort would be pumped into the fermenter through the Heat Exchanger, yeast tank. After the fermenting period, beer out.

step 4 . cooling system

the cooling system turn on when needed in the process of the heat exchanging and the keep the fermenter cooling to the proper temperature.

step 5 . controlling system.

the temperature and the pressure in the process of mash , fermenting can be controlled semi- automatically.

we can also reserve the extra code for future increased fermenter. 

Surly, we can also supply the PLC reach to automatic controlling.

step6. CIP System.

the 100L cip cleaning device could be used for cleaning  the Brewhouse and the fermenter.

It can also applied with the keg washer for keg washing.
